FOMC Minutes Signals Quantitative Easing Soon to be IntroducedThe Federal Open Market Committee released today the Minutes for their September 21 meeting, where the FOMC decided to leave the benchmark interest rates unchanged at a record low between 0.00% and 0.25%, while the FOMC signaled they stand ready to take further action if needed, since some Fed members saw increasing downside
